I have been representing buyers only in Houston since 1997 in the most popular city neighborhoods. My approach is conscientious and analytical:

1. I like to provide a price analysis to buyers BEFORE you look at a property. That way you won’t just “fall in love” with something before you know it is overpriced.

2. Unless you are pre-approved for a loan, it is a waste of everybody’s time to look. So do that first, please. I can give a few names of trusted lenders who will be competitive on terms and close your transaction on time.

3. I will be your trusted fiduciary agent through the entire house-buying process. And I love first-time home-buyers.

I have been tracking Houston market conditions for 19 zip codes and ten price ranges since 2004 and annual appreciation charts of 21 subdivisions for ten years back. I think it is interesting to see how Houston market conditions have changed through thick and thin.
